Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, purchasing digital products, or commissioning software engineering services from Odiadev Digital, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Digital Product Licenses

When you purchase a digital product (e.g. website templates, code engines, design systems) from Odiadev Digital:

• You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to utilize the software in accordance with the specified license tier (single-project or multi-project).
• You may not re-distribute, sub-license, resell, or publicly share the raw downloadable source code files without prior written authorization.
• Digital entitlements and download links are non-transferable.

3. Engineering Services & Milestone Deliveries

Custom software, website development, and AI engineering services are executed under mutually agreed Statement of Work (SOW) milestone schedules. Intellectual property ownership of bespoke client code transfers upon full payment of the agreed milestone invoices.

4. Payment & Gateway Processing

All payments are processed securely through certified gateway partners (Razorpay / Stripe). Orders are deemed complete only upon successful cryptographic webhook confirmation by the payment processor.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Odiadev Digital be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our digital software assets or services.
