Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

1. Instant Digital Product Delivery

Odiadev Digital operates an automated, zero-latency digital fulfillment engine.

• Delivery Timeline: Digital products (templates, source code archives, license keys) are delivered instantly (typically within 1 to 5 minutes) upon successful server payment confirmation.
• Delivery Method: Secure, cryptographically signed download tokens are displayed on the checkout confirmation screen and delivered to your registered email address. Entitlements are also accessible via your Customer Account portal.
• Download Limits: Download tokens remain active for 30 days and allow up to 5 lifetime file downloads. Re-access can be requested by contacting support.

2. Custom Engineering & Service Delivery

For bespoke software, website engineering, and AI automation contracts:

• Kickoff: Within 2 business days of project agreement and deposit receipt.
• Milestone Sprints: Iterative code drops and staging previews deployed every 7 to 14 days.
• Final Delivery: Production Git repository handover, Docker configurations, and DNS switchover executed on the target completion date agreed in the Statement of Work.

3. Delivery Support

If you have not received your digital download email within 15 minutes of completing an order, or if your download link encounters an error, contact our fulfillment support team at support@odiadev.digital.
